The refund will only be processed if you contact our team in advance. When contacting our email, please have your order number ready.
The Customer may request a refund of the amount paid. The return and reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the condition of the product. Once the refund is confirmed, the refund will be made within a period of up to 14 days. After 14 days, the refund will be made via deposit into the bank account informed by the customer through support. If the defect is discovered after a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, it falls within the Warranty Period, as provided for in article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code.
