Shipping and Delivery Policy

We guarantee the delivery of your order and are responsible for refunding the full amount or sending a new product if the product is lost or lost before receipt.

-Delivery Care (absent recipient and incorrect or incomplete address)

In cases of an absent recipient, the Post Office will make three delivery attempts and if none of them are successful, the customer will have up to 10 days to collect their product if there is space in the distribution center or it will return to its origin, taking up to 60 business days for return.

The customer is responsible for filling in the address, in cases where they are incorrect or incomplete, as determined by the post office, the package will be resent to the sender and the three delivery attempts will not occur, which is the practice in cases where the recipient is not found.

In this way, the customer's error results in a loss for the store and therefore a new purchase must be made so that the product can be sent and delivered again. In this situation, the customer loses the right to a refund as it was an error made by the customer that led to the problem of shipping and return without guarantees to the store.

*In case of deliveries to risky or difficult-to-access addresses, the product may be redirected for collection at the post office closest to the recipient's zip code

Our products are sent via international freight, and when received in Brazil, Correios takes over the delivery and completes it, taking the order to the customer's home. This shipping includes Free Shipping and Express Shipping. The big difference is how quickly you will receive your order, which can arrive up to 7 times faster than “FREE SHIPPING”, however, the maximum period is the same (10 to 30 business days).

Given that delays may occur, if the delivery deadline passes (10 to 30 business days), an alert label will be generated and a further ten days will be waited to receive the product. If it does not arrive within this extra period, the customer may immediately request a full refund of the amount paid.

As it is an international order, the tracking code is sent a few days after the order is posted to the carrier. The deadline for making the tracking code available is 7 working days.
