Exchange or Returns Policy

General considerations:

It is important to remember that, before making a return, it is essential to contact Customer Service via email contato@banskbrasil.com.

The return will only be processed if you have previously contacted our team. When contacting our email, please have your order number ready.

In order to register, verify and characterize the case, it will be necessary to fill out the exchanges and returns form, to carry out and continue with the same procedure.

The shipping cost will be refunded if the return is the result of our error (for example, you were sent the wrong product or in the wrong specification).

The customer is responsible for the initial payment for return shipping. Upon receiving the returned item, Bansk will analyze the error to reimburse the shipping cost of the merchandise.

The shipping cost is reimbursed through purchase credits, which can be used on a future telephone purchase. Check each situation for exchange and return Exchange or return due to dissatisfaction, regret, withdrawal or wrong product delivered. If you are dissatisfied, regretful, wish to give up or received the wrong product purchased from Bansk, the deadline for returning it is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery.

  1. The merchandise must be in perfect condition, free from scratches or external damage, unwashed, unused, tags attached, accompanied by the coupon or invoice.
  2. Place a note next to the product stating why you are dissatisfied with the product, so we can improve the quality of our products.
  3. We do not do gifts exchanges. The return and reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the condition of the product. Once the refund is confirmed, the refund will be made within a period of up to 14 days. After 14 days, the refund will be made via deposit into the bank account informed by the customer through our email support.

Exchange due to product defect

If you notice a defect in your product purchased from Bansk, contact support within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery. You will be guided on the analysis procedures and, if authorized, the exchange or refund of the amount paid for the product.

  1. The merchandise must be in perfect condition, free from scratches or external damage, unwashed, unused, tags attached, accompanied by the coupon or invoice.
  2. Along with the product, send a report explaining why you are dissatisfied with the product, so we can improve the quality of our products.
  3. Exchanges caused by misuse or damage caused by the customer, or in violation of the rules described above, will not be accepted. Under these conditions, the product will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
  4. The merchandise will be replaced within 30 calendar days after analysis of the return by BANSK. The exchange or refund of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the condition of the product. If the merchandise to be exchanged is no longer available in stock, it may be replaced by another, of a different brand or model, with the customer being responsible for paying the difference in value, if any.

If the exchange is not desired, the customer may request a refund of the amount paid. The return and reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the condition of the product. Once the refund is confirmed, the refund will be made within a period of up to 14 days. After 14 days, the refund will be made via deposit into the bank account informed by the customer through support. If the defect is discovered after a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, it falls within the Warranty Period, as provided for in article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code.
